Shelby Starnes

Shelby Starnes is an IFBB Professional bodybuilder, nutritionist, and coach, who has helped thousands of individuals reach their physique and performance goals. He’s helped 24 athletes turn pro in the IFBB and has helped 12 get to the Olympia stage.

He also has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and has written numerous e-books as well as articles for publications like Men’s Health, FLEX, and T-Nation.

His specialty: Getting both competitors as well as non-competitors into the shape of their lives in terms of both maximal muscle and minimal fat, using custom tailored macronutrient cycling approaches to accommodate their individual body type.
